Our Team

Bruce Flaim, is the President and Co-Founder of Perfect Finishing, as well as Co-Founder of the parent holding company, Aladdin Finishing . He oversees customer relations, administration, and finance. 

Strategically he has developed a strong and invaluable management team, to  lead the company‘s vision now, and well into the future. Over the past fifteen years, he and his team have grown the company's revenues by 500% . 

He believes strongly in integrity, and delivering a high quality product that will exceed the client’s expectations.  As a result some customers have worked with him tor 40+ years.

He enjoys being with his wife and visiting his daughter in Florida. He also loves to swim, read, and travel.

Peter is a seasoned veteran of the print finishing and folding carton industries. He started as a Bobst pressman at Alford Packaging in 1981. He has also worked at Cul Tech, a Autojan Folding Carton subsidiary, as well as High Tech Graphic Finishers. He has been with Perfect Finishing since it's inception 15 years ago overseeing its day-to-day operations. 

Peter possesses strong leadership skills, and is always striving to please Perfect's customers. 

He was instrumental in implementing the strict quality control procedures at Perfect Finishing that ensure a consistent quality product.

Oscar has been the Plant Manager with Perfect Finishing for almost 15 years. He strives for the highest quality production, while maintaining tight schedules and production goals. 

He makes sure that upholding a safe working environment for our employees is key. 

Oscar enjoys spending quality time with his family and traveling. 

Mark has 39 years of print finishing experience having worked at S & F Finishing, QPS Die Cutters and Perfect Finishing. He has a strong aptitude for design and is a very detailed oriented estimator.

Harold has 55 years of experince (Yes 55!) in the print finishing, and specializes in all things bindery. He started working in his family's bindery business, TAUBER Book Bindery. 

Harold also worked at Summit Graphics and Hartmann's Bindery in Pennsauken, NJ. He has been at Perfect  Finishing since its inception 15 years ago. 

As a result of all his experience, he possesses a vast knowledge of all finishing and bindery estimating. He is detailed orientated, and his friendly and helpful personality have endeared him to many of our customers and their estimating staff.

In 2003 there was a knock on my door from my neighbor asking if I could help him out and answer the phones for his family business for two weeks until they found someone new. I took him up on that offer and began answering the phones for Exalent packaging. 

When Jim Doherty realized I could properly use and read a ruler, he slowly started entrusting me with other duties including estimating quote requests that came over the fax machine and speaking with his customers. 

This is where I built some of the strongest customer relationships I still have today. 

In 2006, Exalent Packaging was sold to Globe Die Cutting where I spent 18 years as an Estimator, Customer Service Rep for Jim's customers, and scheduled jobs for the glue department. 

In 2024, I am proudly continuing my career with Perfect Finishing (and yes, STILL with Jim Doherty) where my customers will continue to be my priority. 

James has over 35 years of finishing experience. He started his career as a Bobst Stamping and Die Cutting pressman at Freedman Die Cutters. He also was head of production at Berk Gold Stamping. 

James moved into operations, which he ran at 21st Century Finishing for 10 successful years. He has been with Perfect  Finishing for 7 years now. His foil stamping and UV expertise is a great strength for our company. 

His reputation industry-wide is impeccable, and with all of Perfect's customers.

Mike has over 30 years of both print finishing and printing experience. He started his career as a printing pressman, and then a die cutting pressman. 

Mike is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He believes in 100% customer satisfaction. He has strong attention to detail skills on all jobs, and puts quality above all else. 

Phil has over 30 years experience in the printing and finishing industry.

He started his career as a printing pressman before making the transition into production and manufacturing. Phil spent the last three years as the 

Scheduling/Production Manager at Globe diecutting. His prior 20 years he worked at Color Optics Inc. a leader in the Cosmetic Packaging Industry where he held numerous roles including Production and Operations Manager. 

Phil is proud of his attention to detail to provide a great customer service experience. 

Joe has over 20 years of finishing experience having started at QPS Die Cutters and working there for 9 years. He has been with Perfect Finishing for 11 years, and has a great technical understanding of layouts, bindery creep, pdf files and design. 

Joe has strong communication skills and will let you know where your project stands on the drop of a dime. Joe is accustomed to working in a fast paced environment and multi tasks very well.

Oliver is a newcomer to the team with over 8 years of fulfillment and warehouse clerk experiences having started at Earth Color Thebault. He has an extensive background in shipping logistics from United Parcel Service. 

Oliver is acclimated to working in a fast-paced environment and fulfilling customers' needs. 

Joe has over 40 years of both printing and print finishing experience. He started his career as a sheeter operator, then logistics/warehouse and eventually Plant Manager at GPI. Joe then joined Globe Die Cutting and created a mind set that quality and on time deliveries were paramount to their customers. 

After 14 very successful years at Globe, he has joined the Perfect Finishing team. His is well know in the industry for his attention to quality and delivery. 

Tom has 30 years of print finishing experience. He previously worked at East Coast Finishing and Berk Gold Stamping for 15 years. 

Tom is currently in his 15th year with Perfect Finishing, having been there since their inception. Tom believes in being a big advocate for his customers and having a "do whatever it takes" attitude to get things done for them.

In his spare time Tom enjoys spending time with his son, John, coaching him in Little League Baseball. 

Jim has been in the print finishing industry for over 30 years. Beginning his career in his family packaging business he gained hands-on experience in all areas of the business, from glue machine operator to head of sales. This was where he gained his foundation in the folding carton industry. 

Jim went on to manage the sales at Globe Die Cutting where he helped to grow the folding carton finishing as well as increase the sales in their roots of commercial finishing. During this time, he became very involved in the day to day running of the die cutting and stamping departments as well as glueing. 

The technical experience gained over the years is what Jim brings to his customers to help assess and complete any project, however difficult it may be. 

Huck brings over 40 years' of hands on experience of all bindery operations starting out at Klearfold Box Co. as a diemaker, advancing to a COO at Fox Bindery, with strong die making and folding carton expertise. Huck has been hands on in the design and production of packaging for many OTC launches. 

Huck bases his valued client relationship on the proven motto "Know what your customers want most and what your company does best-focus on where those two meet." 

In his spare time Huck follows his passion of boating and fishing with his wife and grandkids.
