We are able to turn around jobs quickly because we operate nearly round the clock, with two shifts working from 6:30 AM to 12:30 AM (18 hours a day), 5 days a week. If needed, we can run around the clock seven days a week. We have nearly 80 production machines, allowing us to schedule your project right away instead of waiting for an open machine. We have large capacity and can move projects to another machine, if one is unavailable. We can work on small size formats and small quantity projects, or digital printed work, because we have hand fed presses. Your project can be one piece to one hundred million pieces and we will give it the necessary care it deserves.

We are located in Clifton New Jersey off of Route 3 just 30 minutes from Manhattan, and minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway. If a client needs a project to be collected, our truck can be dispatched to facilitate the request. We can do this for clients within New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

We have the capacity to Foil Stamp over 400,000 sheets in 24 hours, and can Die Cut over 400,000 sheets 24 hours. In the Folder and Gluing department, we can do over 3,000,000 pieces in a 24 hour period. Talk to us today about your project and get an estimate.

Perfect Finishing's customers fall in to two categories: packaging customers commercial customers The packaging customer is our strongest area of demand, and as such, we have invested in the machinery to accomodate it. For example our folding carton projects may include: Foil Stamping on our Bobst Stampers (4 machines), up to 49” Film Lamination (3 machines) it up to 59” Spot UV Coat (2 machines), up to 41” Embossing on our Bobst Stampers or Bobst Die Cutters Die Cutting on our Brand New Bobst Blanker Die Cutter (2 machines), up to 41” Window Patching on a Heiber & Schroeder machine, up to to 43” Folding and Gluing on our Bobst Folder Gluers (3 machines), up to 43” -we can do a straight line or four or six corner carton All under one roof! For our commercial customers we also have a lot of fire power. For example, if you have a pharmaceutical project we can: Film Laminate it Spot UV Coat it Die Cut it Fold and Glue it Insert a PI or Tip On a card Collate it Punch it and then Wire O Bind it Everything can be completed here in our facility - ready for your clients.
